Speak to anyone who knows me and they’ll tell you I’m one of the calmest people they know but it wasn’t always like this.
There was a time when my life was filled with anxiety, nightmares and years of sleepless nights.
To cut a long story short, I decided to go on what turned out to be a 15 year journey of discovery and discovered tools and techniques to turn my life around.
I then went on to train, study and work hard at gaining the skills and knowledge to help others.
Hilltop Hypnotherapy and HypnoBirthing was established in 2015 and I specialise in anxiety, fears and pain management but have worked with all sorts of clients on issues like weight loss, fear of public speaking and even one who wanted just to get to work on time (sorted in one session!)

The course is £147 as a one off payment or can be spread over 3 payments of £60.
How long do I have access?
The course will remain open for 90 days to give you ample time to digest and learn the contents. You’ll have access to me via email and the Facebook group for the 30 days that the course is running and lots of support available.

How is the course delivered?
The course will be delivered via a series of lessons with videos, hypnotherapy MP3s, worksheets and group coaching sessions via Zoom. This is 4 weeks of content to learn in your own time with the bonus of sessions with me if you’d like to top up your knowledge and access the extra support.
